Job Description
Review and interpret ongoing business report requirements
Research required data
Build appropriate and useful reporting deliverables
Analyses existing SQL queries for performance improvements
Suggest new queries
Develop scripts and queries for data extraction and manipulation
Provide timely scheduled management reporting
Investigate/Analyses exceptions with regard to data analysis
Requirements
3-4 years of experience as a SQL Developer or similar role
Excellent understanding of SQL programming
BTech/MTech/BCA/MCA degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
Excellent understanding of Oracle, MySQL
Basic Understanding of HDFS/Hive/Elastic Stack a plus
Basic understanding of Python would be an added advantage.
Familiarity with the practical application of SQL databases
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Problem solving skills
