What you’ll be doing…

As a Sr Engr Cslt-Full Stack in Network Systems – Field ART in Verizon India, responsible for leading Mobile application development team from India, in partnership with teams in US.
Shadow the onshore Architect and lead the work from offshore.
Lead the ART in both technical and business perspective.
Lead the teams with the innovative work and challenges.
Own and drive delivery – work with mobile application development teams to meet business objectives, with required quality.
Analyze the existing system architecture, strategically design and implement new changes.
Create a healthy architecture runway for enabling the features with greater reusability and faster enablement.
Contribute independently on development of tech enablers/solutions, to meet the functional and release requirements.
Drive DevSecOps and infrastructure modernization initiatives to reduce manual touches and failures.
Maintain and update release notes for the development documentation.
Collaborate and influence various stakeholders in US and India teams (includes Business partners, Architects, Scrum Masters, Onshore counterparts, Testing team leads & leadership team).
Drive comparative analysis among various process/ practices/ products and drive POC to arrive at decisions.
Drive SAFe process/framework maturity.
Mentor the new team members.
Typically involved in one large and/or complex project at a time; develop schedules to ensure timely completion of the project; identify appropriate resources needed.
Provide resolutions to a diverse range of complex problems. Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods & techniques for obtaining solutions.
Provide technical leadership, guidance, and support in the deployment of complex applications in globally distributed computing environments.
Lead identification and analysis of Business Enablers for enhanced Field Technician experience and requirements that drive the future state architecture.

In this hybrid role, you’ll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.
What we’re looking for…

You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Four or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience driving the mobile application design and development, full stack engineer.
Knowledge in Agile practices and methodologies – SAFe.
Strong Knowledge in Mobile application development experience with Android / iOS / React Native.
Strong Knowledge in ReactJS, NodeJS, SpringBoot, Typescript, Javascript, HTML5, CSS3 & Sqlite db.
Strong Knowledge in Micro service architecture, spring framework & spring cloud.
Strong Knowledge in Oracle, Cassandra DB & preferably exposure to NoSQL DB.
Experience with tuning the team to high performing.
Strong knowledge on the Monitoring tools.
Strong knowledge on SDLC life cycle.
Even better if you have:
Good Knowledge of Telecom domain, products, understanding the network components, topologies, devices etc.
Capability to quickly adapt to new futuristic technologies.
Good Knowledge of Network Engineering / Field Operations domains.
Hands on experience with emerging technology – AI/ML, Chabot, cloud.
Experience in Docker/K8S.
Knowledge about Technology industry and market trends to determine potential impact on the infrastructure architecture.
Good communication skills and drive team work.
Ability to drive discussions and architectural decisions with various stakeholders.
Ability to review and recommend tools to improve the delivery process with focus on time delivery with quality.
Ability to develop and maintain technology road maps.
Ability to use professional concepts and company policies & procedures to solve a wide range of complex problems in creative and practical ways; makes recommendations that aid in the successful completion of initiatives within a functional area.
Strong relationship skills and collaborative style to enable success across multiple partners.
Flexibility and willingness to learn new technologies.
