The Role Responsibilities
Strong experience SAP Solution Manager – ChaRM, Retrofit, Focused Build and Technical monitoring.
SAP Basis administration experience of SAP component implementation/ upgrade/ refresh / migration and production support.
SAP Basis expert as troubleshooting /Analytical skills
Should have worked on multiple flavours like ECC, BW, S/4, Cloud connector, Solman
Ability maintain and improve administrative activities for SAP servers with JAVA, ABAP stacks and HANA platform
Lead and contribute SAP projects technical delivery (SAP Basis) and cloud migration project (Azure experience preferable). Support design discussion with executives by presenting solutions and highlights benefits and risks.
Provide technical leadership in SAP Basis area to the integrated project team throughout all phases of SDLC activities, starting from requirements analysis and design through deployment.

Key Stakeholders:
The role holder will work with key stakeholders and team members to drive out technical requirements; translate those requirements and ambitions into feasible infra solutions
Maintain effective communication with the programme’s key stakeholders, ensuring information is promptly cascaded to the relevant people.
Represent T&I at the relevant committees / working groups / MT meetings, as required.
Our Ideal Candidate
Degree in engineering or computer science (or equivalent applied professional experience)
Certified in Solman administration
Good to have AZ120 Microsoft Certified: Azure for SAP Workloads Specialty
Nice to have SRE, DevOps and Agile way of working
Preferred Skills:
Have 8-14 years of relevant strong SAP Basis technical expertise mainly in HANA admin, S4 HANA, NetWeaver, Solution Manager, etc.
Experience with HANA2.0 databases, ability to perform RCA, Performance tuning independently.
Expertise in NSE, SAP IQ, SAC will be added advantage
Knowledge of SAP integration with OpenText will be preferred.
Should have an ability to work independently with minimum direction.
