The Connectivity Solutions Group (CSG) under Amazon Devices team is looking for a talented Product Marketing Manager to help us build and execute a GTM strategy that drives sustainable customer acquisition for one of our newer B2C products. This role holder will ideally be someone who can think like a customer, identify opportunities for growth, make data-driven decisions, be performance oriented and demonstrate an ability to think through problems strategically. S/he will be responsible for driving successful launches, own business critical programs, foresee roadblocks and work with multiple stakeholders to help deliver the best products and experiences for our customers. The person must therefore be responsive and collaborative with a proven ability to succeed in a fast paced environment. The role holder is also expected to deal with considerable amount of ambiguity, uncertainty and thus be able to operate with a high degree of autonomy and influence without authority. This role will be based out of Mumbai.

Key job responsibilities
The key responsibilities of the Sr. Product Marketing Manager driving Customer Acquisitions are as follows:

Conceptualize and execute the customer acquisition strategy
Build an in-depth understanding of the evolving category landscape and consumer preferences
Identify clear and actionable opportunities for sustainable customer growth
Drive cross-functional programs and launches to deliver customer acquisition and extraction goals as per plan
Establish and execute mechanisms to support and empower offline and online sales teams to deliver results
Work backwards from customer insights and on-ground execution learnings to input and inform the long-term product improvement roadmap
Identify areas for constant process improvement and automation to accelerate scale
Regularly monitor performance in depth to build data-driven recommendations for growth
Present high-quality documents to senior leadership
MBA from a premier B-school.
Solid knowledge of the Telecom OR Broadband OR TV/entertainment landscape OR streaming platforms
Experience with services marketing to drive acquisition
Experience in team management OR collaborating with sales teams
