Job Description : ResponsibilitiesCreate ATE test program from scratch and integrate various test functions in a test flow to support the first Silicon turn-on for wafer and package in the NPI phase.Plan and drive all end-to-end engineering activities with Product & Test, Reliability, and Foundry Tech teams of Product Engineering.Perform Digital, MSIP, and HSIO Test debug.Debug Root Causing of Scan and MBIST silicon fails using Shmoo Plots analysis, Scan Diagnostics, and Bit mapping tool respectively.Test patterns & Test flows Development, Debug & Test. Characterization and debug of new silicon designs and process technologies in the study of Product Reliability.High Temp Operating Life (HTOL) Testing as well as Performance/ Power for the lifetime of the product.Java, Perl, Python, C++ scripting/coding skills. Some understanding of semiconductor Process technology knowledge is helpful.Skills Required3-7 years of experience in ATE product test development.Ability to project manage.Good knowledge of digital and mixed-signal test methodologiesATE test experience -Advantest V93K, J750, Uflex, experience preferred.Some Scan/ ATPG and Memory BIST test patterns development and debug experience will be an added advantage.Good organization and documentation skills.Good communication & some kind of project management skills including data presentation, leading and driving projects/ activities across different teams.Salary: Best in the industry.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftExperience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)ATE Test: 3 years (Preferred)
