That’s where you come in!REQUIREMENTS: Hands on experience on Frontend frameworks Java, HTML5 , CSS, JavaScript with experience into two or more of: React, Angular 2, Angular 4, Angular 6, Angular 8, Angular JS, Ember.js, Vue.js .Working experience with Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Unit testing with experience into one or more of: Java SE, Jave EE – CI/CD Concepts and three or more of: Jenkins, Ant, Maven, Docket, Kubernetes, Chef, Puppet, Gulp, Grunt, Ansible.Hands on experience into microservices architecture (MSA) (Strong), REST, Cloud development (Strong), Concurrent design and multithreading (Capable), Object Oriented Programming System (OOPS) and any database (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL ).Knowledge of software development life cycle, test driven development, continuous integration and continuous deliveryKnowledge of high availability, high performance, multi-data center systems and hybrid cloud environmentsKnowledge of latest networking, infrastructure, database, and application technologies to driving automation and reliability improvementsExperience with instrumentation, monitoring, alerting, and responding relative to performance and availability of applicationsConfigure network and basic security access on cloudKnowledge of high-quality professional software engineering practices for agile software development cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and deployment.Fundamental knowledge of design patternsExperience in communicating effectively with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs.Passionate about building great solutions.Mentoring the team members to meet the client’s needs and holding them accountable for high standards of delivery.Being able to understand and relate technology integration scenarios and be able to apply these learnings in complex troubleshooting scenarios.RESPONSIBILITIES: Writing and reviewing great quality codeUnderstanding functional requirements thoroughly and analysing the client’s needs inthe context of the projectEnvisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements,and being able to define technologies, patterns, and frameworks to realize it.Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool setsEnabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.Being able to lead/support UAT and production roll outs.Creating, understanding, and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task, and being able to justify it.Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvementGiving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations.Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugsComing up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken.Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements.Primary Location: IN-MP-IndoreJob: EngineeringJob Type: StandardEmployee Status: RegularJob Type: Full-time
