New Payment Flows (NPF) division’s charter is to capture new sources of money movement through card and non-card flows, including Visa Business Solutions, Government Solutions and Visa Direct which presents an enormous growth opportunity. Visa Spend Clarity for Business is a part of Visa Business Solutions vertical of Visa’s Technology organization. We are responsible to develop capabilities that allows VISA to compete with Amex, MasterCard and FinTech’s to win new deals and renewals globally. Digital solutions and Business Reporting are integral parts of solution that provide small business clients a rich set of functionalities. We are looking for Senior Mobile QA engineer to join our VSCB Mobile team as Staff Software Engineer(Mobile QA) based in Bangalore, India.
Primary responsibilities for this role will include:
Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases for the mobile applications.
Analyse and report application quality issues.
Collaborate closely with internal and external product and development teams.
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
Collaborate closely with release engineering team to handle life cycle of environments.
Interested in Innovation and ideation. Contribute to development of new Frameworks/Testing strategies for multiple products.
Provide coaching and mentoring to junior team members of the team.
Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver high quality products and services that meet business requirements and exceeds expectations while applying the latest available tools and technology.
Have a passion for delivering zero defect code.
Help developer efficiencies by utilizing Continuous Integration/Development tools, test automation frameworks and other related items.
Effectively communicate status, issues, and risks in a precise and timely manner
Work in Agile/Scrum teams and follow the guidelines.
Create documentation and procedures for installation , testing and maintenance.
Assisting with the configuration of test environments.
Suggesting new processes and policies to improve mobile development techniques.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
8+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications:
8+ year of experience in Testing Web/Mobile App5+ years of relevant experience in testing native and hybrid mobile apps
Proficient in GIT/Stash, Maven, Jenkins etc.Experience with Mobile apps UI Automation testing using Apium/Calabash/Robotium or similar frameworksExperience with Mobile apps testing for iOS and AndroidExcellent mobile and web debugging and troubleshooting skills (xCode, Charles Proxy or similar) – MustExceptional attention to detail and problem solving skills
Experience with Web Services / API testing (Postman, SoapUI or similar) – MustExperience with CI/CD process and technologies (e.g. Jenkins or equivalent) – AdvantageIndependent, self-motivated and organized and should have the ability to deliver on multiple projects and manage priorities based on changing directionsExcellent presentation, collaboration and communication skills required.Experience being part of an Agile/Scrum team and following processes.
