The role
Our Strategic Account Managers are key players in leveraging technology to improve the health and wellness of the world. They are directly involved and responsible for working with some of the largest fitness and wellness franchises in the world.

A successful Strategic Account Manager can find potential clients, build a strategic funnel and sales plan, and close the most complex clients Mindbody works with. Their needs vary based on industry and business model. Being able to solve problems independently and with the aid of internal departments and partners is key to this role.

Responsibilities:

Work with the Manager, Regional Sales to identify and renew agreements on key accounts
Manage the project development and rollout plans both internally and externally
Deliver a final product that meets all the aspects laid out in the agreement
Work with the Client Success Team for a smooth handoff
Build out internal procedures to create synergy and success between departments
Work with Strategic Account colleagues to ensure accurate closing procedures

About You
Firstly, you are super passionate about health and wellness, coupled with strong CRM and funnel management skills. You have a proven track record of negotiating and closing deals and you’re at ease managing multiple and complex projects at one time.

Requirements:

Significant experience in B2B enterprise sales specifically working with large complex corporations
An independent and self-driving sales engine
Able to approach sales critically, prospect leads, cold call, and build long lasting business relationships
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Embody the Core Values and “Woo Hoo” spirit of Mindbody
Excellent written and verbal skills
The ability to take on special projects on a regular basis
CRM and funnel management skills
