Job Description : JOB DESCRIPTION
Working with minimal direction of senior staff, this position will provide program implementation,
operational and maintenance support for our server environment. The goal of this position is to
maintain a stable systems environment with minimal downtime and maximum performance,
optimize existing services and systems, innovate.

The position scope includes performing all program implementation, monitoring, optimization,
operation & support duties that are provided by the Infrastructure Services department. These
services include major server OS support, Storage, Virtualization, Citrix, Data Center Facilities,
Compute hardware platforms, Operations Management, Messaging and Cloud. Currently
looking for candidates with focus on Skype for Business, O365, Microsoft Teams.

Primary Responsibilities:
Be primarily responsible to administrate Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business, own
projects and participate in migrations and implementations.
Take the initiative in troubleshooting complex problems and work on projects which require
in depth analysis of options, technology evaluation and cross functional engagement.
Be able to handle wide variety of inquiries within a hybrid Teams/Skype for Business
environment ranging from general use cases to complex Direct
Routing/Conferencing/Response Group type scenarios.
Have good understanding of traffic flows for different modalities, call routing, Session Border
Controllers, native and 3PIP endpoint devices.
Demonstrate strong knowledge on AD/AAD, DNS, DHCP, Networking, Firewall
technologies.
Act as the final internal point of escalation in terms of Support to Customers.The person will need good verbal and written communication skills. He/she needs to show
experience in utilizing various influencing skills and be able to collaborate, communicate and
deliver in a global environment.
Ability to present to management and ability to work independently on problem solving and
investigation. Other activities include Technical Assessing, handle operations and create
Service improvement plan
Job Qualification
Education & Experience:
Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or related area, or an equivalent combination of
education, professional training and experience that provide the individual with the required
knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Essentials:
Experience Skype for Business on premise and Online7+ years related experience or a combination of education, training, and experience;Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Advanced project management and communication skills with ability to act as a Project
Manager.

Strong advantages:
Knowledge and Certification in Microsoft Teams will be as a strong advantagePowerShell or other scripting experienceExperience in other enterprise infrastructure platforms (Microsoft Exchange, Virtualization,
Storage, Citrix)
