Job Description : Siemens Healthineers India is looking for a Talent Acquisition Professional for its Development Centre in Bengaluru.
Talent Acquisition Professional would research, identify, engage and screen potential candidates with the end goal of producing qualified, available and interested candidates for selected requisitions. This position acts as a brand ambassador in promoting our career opportunities, showcasing and living our company culture and reinforcing our employer value proposition to candidates. This position is responsible for building talent insight, preparing sourcing strategy and working in consultation with Hiring Managers towards achieving successful hiring outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition for the development center skillset in timely manner.
Market intelligence to locate target candidate pools and attract them via specific talent associations & conferences, social networks, talent communities etc.
Implement talent acquisition standards and ensures effective recruiting programs to deliver on the talent demand
Run end to end recruitment process from sourcing to effective onboarding
Create dashboards/MIS for internal stakeholders
Ensure data integrity & completion in the applicant tracking system
Build and engage talent community pool for future talent pipeline
Leverage sourcing channels, social media platforms and other new age recruitment avenues to deliver best in class experience for all stakeholders
Education/Experience/Skills
Bachelors/Master’s degree (MBA in HR or Marketing is good to have)
5-8 years of experience as TA Expert /Lead recruiter and successful demonstration of the key responsibilities to hire for IT skillset including Niche & Capability areas like emerging digital technologies, Cloud, Full stack development, AI, AR/VR, Data Science, Data Engineering, Data Analysis etc.
Expertise and knowledge in external talent market conditions, trends, candidate pools, available talent supply for different industries and ever-changing candidate motivations & aspirations
Leveraging market insights on candidate motivations and aspirations to tailor personalized engagement strategies that produce quality talent pipelines
Ability to reach out to talent and act as brand ambassador in promoting company culture
The ability to influence; establish and maintain effective relationships and gain reputation as trusted advisor
Interpersonal communication skills, assessment skills and analysis skills; ability to manage multiple stakeholders and candidate experience simultaneously
