Job Description
Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects & designers to define the technical architecture on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing functions and effectively communicate to the build teams.Define the technology architecture blueprint & establish road maps to provide solutions that is scalable for global countries.Implement architecture designs & frameworks to support business processes that can scale huge volume of transactions and data volume at a global scale.Document the technical architecture & design; wireframe the architecture designs using tools to create architecture diagrams to capture the future state improved processes.Define the system architecture landscape by identifying the gaps between the current and the desired end states and deliver comprehensive solution that will enable achievement of the desired business outcomes in scalable way.Develops detailed designs and technical specificationsDevelops, configures, and tests software to meet user requirements and associated acceptance criteria, performance criteria and non-functional requirements in line with quality standardsEnsures that test plans and test cases are created to meet quality, functional and non-functional requirementsUndertakes qualitative peer reviews of the work activities of other development team membersOwning all technical aspects of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administration and IntegrationDriving consistent development practices – tools and common components; Developing deep understanding of tie-ins with other systems and platforms within the supported domainsWorking with product managers contributing to blueprints, and assisting with planning of feature sets that impact multiple platformsBuilding of stored procedures, reports, data extracts, SSIS packages and integrations is preferredDocumenting of customer problems and software solutions using BRDsFSDs, wireframes, diagrams, workflows and mockups is preferredProviding technical consultation on various aspects of the product and solutions based on the customer’s business requirementsCreating, managing, and presenting an actionable BRD/FSD (Blueprint) that aligns a customer’s technical business needs to that of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud SolutionExecuting development and advanced configuration activities per assigned work ordersIdentifying project issues / risks and present alternatives to alleviate or resolveValidating solution components and provide solution walkthrough with customerDeveloping specialties in Salesforce Marketing Cloud data management, scripting languages, API, and app platformProducing deliverables within a diverse, fast paced environment, collaborate effectively across global teams and juggle multiple projects and initiatives simultaneouslyExperience architecting designing, programming, and configuring the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform and deep functional understanding of its capabilities and limitationsExperience with Salesforce.com development tools and techniques, e.g. SOAP and REST APIs, JSON, AMP Script and SSJSSQL with a RDBMS such as MySQL, Oracle, or MS SQL ServerHTML, XML, CSS and JavaScriptSOAP APIs, REST APIs and integration techniquesObject oriented programming languages such as .NET or JAVA, Ruby, C#, C++, PythonSDLC methodologies including requirements, design, implementation, testing and maintenanceInteractive marketing industrySecurity standards such as TLS, SSL, SSO and data encryptionGood knowledge of SQLStrong understanding of SDLC methodologiesIndividual must be energetic, highly motivated, a self-starter, and willing to succeedAbility to learn new technologies without formal trainingExperience with technologies and processes for mobile and social media technologies, solutions, and strategiesAnalyzes, codes, tests, and debugs applicationsConstructs high quality codeParticipates in projects through the various phasesProvides postproduction supportProvides development leadership to team membersContributes to matrix teams designing and developing applications, modules, or enhancementsPrepares necessary documentation in order to guide technical designCreates prototypesConducts code reviewsPerforms troubleshooting and analysis to assess root cause of application issuesMaintains a high degree of knowledge on current technologies and toolsMakes recommendations to improve effectiveness of teamAssigns and oversees development tasksWork with offshore resourcesEnsures the practice of GDC code guidelines and best practicesEstablishes and validates constructed code against unit test criteria
