Responsible for:
Analyse system capabilities against product requirements (user stories) and integration needs
Define and report on relevant product metrics to drive UX, UI and technical design
Support strategy formulation activities including solution options identification and analysis
Conduct analysis on critical business processes by way of ‘As-Is’ and ‘To-Be’ process mapping
Collaborate with business users, team members and other technical teams across our organisation to document and transform product requirements into clear technical requirements for development
Facilitate solution design workshops, including delivery of outputs and solution/integration recommendations
Identifying and tracking risks and issues
You will need
Expert communicator across all levels of the business
Proficient project manager who can juggle multiple initiatives
Proven experience defining APIs, ideally working with integrations across organisations
Proven experience documenting, designing and articulating business processes, highlighting the linkage with business outcomes as well as the supporting technology components
Strong experience working in agile teams in a software development context
Demonstrated ability to interpret scope of work and can easily translate this to a technical solution along with recommendations on slicing and associated risk/reward recommendations
Experience solving problems supported by data-driven decision making
Finance and/or SaaS experience highly beneficial
