Mobile Platform
We are building a new team to create a platform for our next generation mobile applications.
This team would develop scalable and performant APIs that can ingest thousands of events per second, can create low-cost elastic storage system that can house billions of events, analyze those events to generate intelligence, and build web apps to manage configurations across tens of thousands of field work force.
The Role
We are looking for experienced backend developers with a passion to build high-performance, scalable, and observable backend services on the cloud. As a backend developer you will play a vital role in designing, developing, and building our next generation Micro Services. You must possess strong technical skills and should be able to work and adapt in a fluid, fast-paced environment.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in building RESTful APIs leveraging Java, Spring Boot and 3+ years in Microservices
Proficiency with cloud technologies such as AWS Cloud EC2, EC2 Container Services, Kinesis, SQS, ALB
Experience with Message Queue, such as Kafka
Developed event driven Micro Services with end-to-end low latency response
Experience with cloud infrastructure (Kubernetes, Docker) and cloud deployments
Excellent cloud experience including but not limited to multi-tenancy, secured application, highly available Micro Services
Ability to work with customers, developers, documentation, product management and support staff
