Job Description
As a Technical Lead – React Native , you will be part of agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards. Your key responsibilities include:
Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
Development of UI elements and Integration with APIs
Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
Help to maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
Ensure high performance and responsiveness of request
Must be able to write solutions that scale
State management in mobile applications
Optimize code for performance and scalability
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
Education
Engineering Degree – BE / BTech,
Mandatory Skills
Expert in React Native Development
Proficient in React Native, Redux, TypeScript
Experience in architecting and building commercial apps, released in both the App Store and Play Store
Knowledge of prototyping and rapid development techniques
Security methodologies in mobile application development
Experience with offline storage, and performance tuning
Experience to work on plugin integration
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated with excellent work ethics
Desired Skills
2 – 4 years of full-time work experience in React Native
Experience in React Native bridging concepts
Experience with Typescript
Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON
Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
Can work well independently as well as in a team
Understanding of Agile development methodologies
Interacting with Business Analysts, SMEs to understand the Business Process and Business Rules
Familiarity with native build tools, like Xcode, Gradle (Android Studio, IntelliJ)
Strong mobile development experience, including integration with Native Modules and custom iOS/Android SDKs
Knowledge in Android app or iOS app development
Have developed and published apps for either Android or iOS will be a plus
