Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience
7 years of experience in an engineering and/or technical program management role
Experience working with and managing programs across global development organizations
Experience working on backend/infrastructure services, and shipping out scalable platforms
Preferred qualifications:

Experience with solving complex system issues and technical innovation
Knowledge of search infrastructure and/or systems reliability
Ability to navigate through ambiguity and partner with several cross-functional, geographically distributed stakeholders
Solid verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities
Partner with cross-functional teams to define project plans and team structures, then implement them
Build knowledge of the Search platform to identify opportunities and propose solutions
Collaborate with Software Engineers and Product Managers to drive software development projects
Define processes for speeding up infrastructure and feature development, and collaborate with a team of Search Infrastructure Technical Program Managers to establish standards and processes
