Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in software program management, focusing on cloud computing and/or enterprise software.
Experience with Networking Protocols and Telecommunication Systems
Experience in network deployment/engineering, content delivery networks (CDN) or data center networking.
Preferred qualifications:

Experience in partnering with multiple stakeholders to facilitate the design and delivery of networking focused products.
Track record of successfully delivering complex software products while managing multiple priorities.
Excellent technical judgment and leadership skills across organizational and team boundaries.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to interact with technical groups. Excellent negotiation skills.

5G is the next generation of cellular services in the process of being deployed by cellular providers worldwide. Google’s Network Services Platform is a new product in conception for delivering optimized experiences (e.g. Quality of Experience (QoE)) by applying Google’s AI and Cloud assets to the analytics of cellular networks. We aim to make planning and deployment of these networks much easier. We partner with a who’s who of the Telco industry to build these next generation products and services.
As a Technical Program Manager for this family of products, you’ll help chart out the future roadmap, plan and track its execution, as well as debug/set up processes to ensure smooth product development.

Responsibilities
Execute software development projects through planning and cross-functional coordination to deliver program outcomes.
Work closely with software engineers, QA, product managers, and other engineering teams to get high-quality products and features through the software project lifecycle, i.e., build, test, and release on time.
Manage release schedules and milestones, identify possible issues, and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders.
Lead Google Cloud technical programs with cross-functional teams to take products to market, ensuring success metrics inform future efforts.
