Job Description : Our Client is a leading firm in the Animation Industry looking for a Junior Technical Support Engineer. As Technical Support Engineer will research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues in an accurate and timely manner.
Tasks
Ability to become technically proficient with Incode solutions quickly;
Understanding of APIs, SDKs, microservices, and cloud computing technology;
Understanding of swift, java, javascript is required. Any working experience with these would be a plus;
Understanding of mobile app frameworks such as react native, flutter, angular would be a plus;
Excellent communication and customer handling skills;
Evaluating, troubleshooting, debugging, and identifying the root cause;
Resolving issues and addressing customer needs in a timely manner;
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related field of study;
Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written);
Basic to advanced knowledge of computers (software);
Working knowledge of internet and networking;
Attention to detail is a must along with accuracy in the chats;
Ability to follow instructions as directed;
