The Role Responsibilities
Strategy
Partner with the business counterpart to develop the strategy to meet the organization’s stated goals

Business
Understand the business requirements and provide system solutions to support the business growth and increase the efficiency.
Processes
Follow Standard Chartered processes related to Project Management namely Workwise, Compliance Dashboard, PSP, TSP and Production Change Management
Manage the delivery of Core Banking upgrade across markets
Ensure the financial planning, demand and supply and resource management for Projects driven is managed diligently
Identify inter-dependencies with other projects

People and Talent
Stakeholder management – Both internal and customer
Interact with various teams in Core Banking namely Delivery, Development, Design, Infra and PSS and ensure the project is successfully delivered
Engage with the interface systems and support teams to get their buy-in for the scope, schedule, and the cost

Risk Management
Review and monitor risk mitigation and contingency plans
Monitor issues and ensures that resolution is reached

Governance
Define the detailed plan and its interdependencies, including planning for and allocation of project resources
Manage communications between projects
Champion project management principles and techniques
Implement and educate project team in quality management
Finance management – Forecast and control

Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.
