Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description:
Verify and test the company’s various software components including web-app and desktop app.
Work with software developers to design test cases and strategies.
Design, set up and improve automatic test environment and test procedure.
Execute related tests and report problems to the software developer.
Design and improve automatic deployment environment set up procedure using the scripting language.
Prepare and maintain relevant documents.
Continuously improve test with new technologies and methodologies.
Collaborate with software development teams to continuously enhance the automatic test processes.
Other various tasks and duties assigned.
Requirments:
Bachelor’s or higher in engineering/science-related qualification.
Minimum 5 years relevant experience as testing engineer or software developer.
Good hands-on experience in developing UI automatic testing software for desktop UI/webpage testing.
Experience with one or more of the software development languages: Javascript, HTML/CSS, Python, C#.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
Independently driven, proactive, accountable, and reliable team player.
Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and communication skill.
Advantages:
Experience with windows/Linux scripting languages: Bash/Batch/powershell will be an added advantage.
Experience with software development in C# will be an added advantage.
Experience with front-end development using one of the framework like React, Vue, Angular will be an added advantage across multiple browsers.
Experience with backend development using NodeJS will be an added advantage.
