Job Description
Required Competencies:
1. Experience in leading minimum of one
project (Automotive Domain – Desired)
2. Project Management techniques (Planning,
Scheduling, Stakeholder management, Resource handling, Risk management)
3. Expertise in Automotive domain & System/Software Testing experience
4. Experience in HiLSiL framework (manual / automated)
5. Experience in various CAN & LIN Protocol & tools (CANoe, CANalyser etc)
6. Hands on experience in test design, test
specification and execution of test cases
7. Strong analytical and debugging skills
& Communication skills
8. Added advantage : Python, perl scripting
Soft Skills:
Quick learner and self-driven
Good team player
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Capable of adhering to time limits
German language proficiency is preferred
Experience in managing project stake holders from International
/Inter-Cultural teams.
Decision making on project priorities, conflicts and requirements.
