* Duties and Responsibilities: Own, review and enhance Insurance Sales & service processes on sales one app Reengineer and design optimal processes to suit BFL verticals and BFL Insurance partners Create and present various presentations for launch of new ideas (process / product / channel / partner) Internal / external partner coordination for, integrations & building of Telecallers, Field & Branch teams Maintain and drive various project trackers Interact with various stakeholders for driving projects ie Partners, IT, Verticals , BIU, etc Drafting of SOPs and ensuring timely communication to respective stakeholders on project deliverables Required Qualifications and Experience: Graduate with 7-8 years / Post graduate with 5+ years of experience in Insurance sales / product development. Understanding of entire product development process – from gap analysis to product launch and post launch evaluation. Sound understanding of excel and power point.
