Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities – Duties and Responsibilities: Own review and enhance Insurance Sales & service processes on sales one app Reengineer and design optimal processes to suit BFL verticals and BFL Insurance partners Create and present various presentations for launch of new ideas (process / product / channel / partner) Internal / external partner coordination for integrations & building of Telecallers Field & Branch teams Maintain and drive various project trackers Interact with various stakeholders for driving projects ie Partners IT Verticals BIU etc Drafting of SOPs and ensuring timely communication to respective stakeholders on project deliverables Required Qualifications and Experience: Graduate with 7-8 years / Post graduate with 5+ years of experience in Insurance sales / product development. Understanding of entire product development process – from gap analysis to product launch and post launch evaluation. Sound understanding of excel and power point. Competencies o Project Management o Entrepreneurship o Initiative o Bias towards delivery o Project management o Customer & technology orientation
