Job Description : You will be a part of the core team and will be working towards building the company’s brand name and values.As a video production/motion graphics specialist, you will collaborate on a wide range of video production features, including but not limited to product films, corporate films, social media content, solution films, brand films, branding collateral, learning content, explainer videos, interviews, and others.You must have a passion for shooting stories that are captivating and drive users to our platform.Responsibilities: Ability to compose consistent shots with visual standards, quality levels and creative briefs.Must have a passion for shooting stories that are captivating and drive users to our platform.Lead all phases, from concept ideation to completion through shoots, storyboards, animation, audio, editing – and are responsible for end-to-end execution of projects.Create original, fully, and harmonized motion graphics-based videos that incorporate animation, shoot footage, stock media, product UI representations, workflow visualizations and more.Collaborate with all stakeholders on a regular basis to understand the requirements and plan the communication calendar, manage all deliverables, and ensure deadlines are being met.Think critically and strategically, learn quickly from mistakes, believe in a data driven approach, receive and incorporate feedback gracefully from all stakeholders.Onboard, coordinate and streamline the process with third party agencies, freelancers etc.Lead the brainstorming and ideation sessions with the ability to present and influence the teams with your concepts.Build, nurture, develop, inspire, and grow your team so that they can give their best.Capture and edit visual content – pictures and videos for multiple platforms.Operate various equipment, including video camera, and video editing tools and software.Requirements: An updated portfolio of your work is a must.Should come from an advertising / media background.Bachelor’s Degree in a video or design-related field (including but not limited to Communications, Fine Arts, Journalism, Marketing, Broadcasting, Animation, Film etc.)Min. 3+ years of experience in video editing and animation.Hands-on experience with Media Encoder, Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects and Premiere Pro.Experienced in creating & editing documentaries/ short films/ Ads/ web shows etc.Must be proficient in English & Hindi, any additional language will be a plusJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per monthBenefits:Flexible scheduleLeave encashmentPaid sick timePaid time offSchedule:Morning shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusYearly bonusApplication Question(s):What is your current salary?If hired, how soon can you join?Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Video Editing: 3 years (Preferred)total work: 3 years (Preferred)Final Cut Pro: 3 years (Preferred)GoAnimate/ Vyond: 1 year (Preferred)Work Remotely:No
