Architecting Voice-based custom connector and solutions
i. Work with other on-prem and CCaaS contact center technologies like Cisco, Avaya, Genesys for developing custom solutions.
ii. Conceptualize, Architect, and manage development for the connectors/ custom solutions required between legacy ACDs and Google CCAI

iii. Estimate the efforts and duration required for development using agile methodology

iv. Overview and improve the test cases developed by the testing team
v. Lead the conversation with customers (present solution design, technical feasibility, and Servion capabilities)
d. Qualification
i. BE/ MCA Graduate or equivalent
ii. Work experience 8+ years on IVR/ CTI domain
iii. Work experience 2+ years on SIP/ RTP/ MRCP
iv. Strong knowledge and expertise for CSharp or C++
v. Strong communication skills
vi. Good to have:
1. Exposure to Google Cloud Services
2. Exposure to GRCP protocol
