E. – CivilSkills: AutoCad Proficiency is mustJoining Requirement: ImmediateLocation: Naigaon EastAddress: YT Infrastructure Pvt Ltd, Near Asha Foundation Gaushala, Left from Bapane Police Station, On Mumbai Ahmedabad Highway (Going towards Mumbai), Naigaon East, Maharashtra 401208Pick-up and Drop: Thane Station East and Naigaon Station East is provided by Company.Roles and Responsibility: Billing is the documentary aspect of the work done, through which payments will be made to the person concerned within the contract and accountable to finish the work. Incomplete billing will cause losses to the contractor or the client. Hence, bills are to be excellent and obvious at any stage of the work.Bills from the work sites are to be prepared in a standard printed format.Duties and ResponsibilitiesHe / She maintain and balance the income generation and advancement of any project at the sites by observing the work from the workplace itself.He / She must know estimation and costing, BBS (Bar Bending Schedule), Rate analysis, Labor and machinery analysis which enables him to carry out billing works at a different stage of construction with proper efficiency and accuracy.Here the roles and responsibilities along with the job description will be understood: Should be proficient in spreadsheet / Microsoft excel functions. Should have a good proficiency in reviewing and taking measurements/dimensions from AutoCAD drawing files and knowledge of Quantity Surveying Software.Prepare measurement sheet from on-site data & drawingsPrepare quantity sheet from onsite data & drawingsPrepare bill of quantities (BOQ) & bills with item rates from tenderPrepare & process subcontractor billsTo take the measurement from the site engineerTo get work done as per the protocol of the companyTo follow up on the accounts department for paymentCost analysisChecking and certification of bills and invoices from vendors and contractorsChecking measurements, Should be able to reconcile the quantities as per actual v/s consumptionBill certification, Should understand the bill of quantity as per the contract agreementPreparing reconciliation statements.Should have a thorough theoretical and practical/field knowledge of civil construction activities like RCC work, road and infrastructure work, building work, structural steel work, architectural and finishing items, plumbing and sanitary items, aluminum section work, etc.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:Commuter assistanceSchedule:Day shiftNight shift
