Job Description : Responsibilities:
Build functional and easy-to-use websites
Test websites across browsers, operating systems and devices
Improve overall site experience, conversion and engagement metrics
Maintain, configure and troubleshoot servers
Implementing and ensuring website security and data protection
Optimize loading speeds and capacity
Debug pages and fix broken links or images
Update website content and review SEO
Support updates and additions via new web pages and content uploads
Monitor and analyze site performance (e.g traffic, conversions)
Address user complaints
Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and monitor competitor websites.
Experience:
Proven experience as a webmaster or developer
Expert knowledge of WordPress (block and classic editors), Adobe suite, and W3C Web standards
Proficient in HTML/CSS, XML; knowledge of Javascript is preferred
Experience with website chatbot and integrations ie Intercom, Drift, Vimeo
Experience in Marketo or related marketing operations tools advantageous, including landing page function and forms
Knowledge of web analytics and SEO
Familiarity with web standards and IT security
Working knowledge of website management tools
Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to generate creative ideas
Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills
BSc/BA in Computer Science, Design or a related field is preferred
