Our strengths include world class automation and integration through smart packaging equipment and services.Job Designation: Accounts ExecutiveExp Required: 02-03 YrsJob Location; Pashamylaram – FactoryJob Description: · Knowledge of Tally ERP 9 for Tally data entry including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, bank reconciliation statement.· Preparation of debtors/creditors statements.· Bookkeeping and Knowledge of General accounting, must be good in Excel and take care of the Accounting and Financial aspect of the company.· Accounting entries Micro & Journal vouchers· Accounts payable verification &Approvals invoices· Invoice verification & invoice booking PO &Non PO· Vendor payment through cheque / RTGS/NEFT· Purchase accounting making payment to vendors , reconciliation and ageing analysis of sundry creditors and advance· Reversal & correction of incorrect posted invoices· Cash Accounting daily & monthly basis· Bank entries & Bank reconciliation· Debit/credit note to customer & vendors· GR/IR clearing & closing· Verification of wages bills & Accounting· Accounting for vendor invoices preferably for goods receipts clearingJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹16,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insuranceProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Yearly bonusCOVID-19 considerations:SANITIZING WORK SURFACES ON DAILY BASISEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)work: 2 years (Preferred)Language:Hindi (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXXExpected Start Date: 15/03/2022
