Job Description : We, at Delhi’s Best Advertising Agency, are looking for a knowledgeable Accounting Manager who can lead and motivate accounting staff members and increase department accuracy and efficiency.Roles and responsibilities: Help with quarterly and year-end financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls auditCan manage 3 – 4 MembersPrepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completenessSupervise and/or manage general ledger accounting functionsDevelop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationshipsWork with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end· Handle sale invoicing under GST· Prepare assets, liability, and capital account entries· Responsible for payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements. Proactively identify changes required to be initiated.· Analysis of day-to-day accounting transactions and should manage tight delivery timelines, Support in finalization of Accounts, and compliance matters from the Income Tax Act / GST Act.· Assist in any other accounting projects that may be assigned for day-to-day accounting matters.Experience – Minimum 10 -15 years· Immediate joinersJob Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹35,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shift
