Micro Focus is searching for a world-class Enablement Specialist with instructional design expertise, to design, develop and deliver its next-generation ADM Level 400 (Installation, Deployment, implementation, Delivery, Operations and Run) training and to work with R&D, Product Management and other teams to create high-quality ADM Level 400 Enablement curriculums and certifications.
This person will develop and deliver enablement content to Professional Services, Channel and Alliance business Partners and customers around the world.
As an integral member of the GTM Enablement team, you will be responsible for:
Designing, developing, and delivering enablement content and certification via Self-paced on demand modules, Virtual Instructor Led Trainings, Self-Paced Lab Weeks and In-person instructor led Training.
Collaborating with PSO, R&D, Product Management, Product Marketing and more.
Integrating open-source and 3rd-party tools with Micro Focus enterprise software products.
Deliver instructor-led workshops that use the hands-on demonstration platforms.
Reporting metrics across systems to track utilization and help guide improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor of Science degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent experience.
5+ years ADM Product Expertise – experience across multiple products is a plus.
System administration experience on both Linux and Windows operating systems.
Experience with product software implementation methods.
Experience with managing Docker images and containers; Kubernetes experience is a plus.
Knowledge of relational and document databases.
Experience with VMWare and/or other partitioning tools.
Experience with Brainshark, Demo Easel, Camtasia, and/or other Enablement content development/instructional design tools.
Experience with PowerPoint, Word, and/or other presentation software.
Experience with MS Teams, Go-to-Webinar, and/or any other webinar platform and online conference software.
Strong Presentation skills, ability to present in front of an experienced audience.
Strong project management skills, ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work across many levels of a matrixed organization.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
