Staff Management – Housekeeping, Pantry, Security, Runners, Maintenance
Inventory Management – Company assets, supply, consumables in the facility
Operations – Pantry, Housekeeping, Security, Maintenance, repair & renovations, Travel bookings.
Maintenance – Regular checks and upkeep equipment related to Fire fighting, Electrical, Air conditioning, Plumbing.
Deal with local administration and vendors for smooth functioning of the facility.
Ensure cost control with quality in admin funtions.
Prompt and timely response to the service request.
Generate and present regular reports and reviews of facility – related budgets, finances, contracts, expenditures and purchases
Operations audit and process control of Admin functions.
