Job Brief:
We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Business development manager to join our corporate training vertical and contribute to our vision of empowering the necessary digital knowledge to succeed in today’s world to employees from different companies across the globe. This is a fundamental role within the corporate communications team which helps scale our business. We are looking for someone with minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate sales/B2B sales. You will be responsible for networking with CHROs and VPs from different brands and companies to generate business for the vertical
Responsibilities:
Identifying new opportunities and clients
Lead generation using existing network and contacts
Contributing to pitches, presentations and personally pitching to clients to acquire new business
Coordinating with the Management to come up with new offerings to increase revenue from existing accounts
Competitor analysis: Should be aware of the work being done by the competition and come up with strategies to acquire those accounts
Providing management with client / market feedback
Arranging and closing business meetings with prospective clients
Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients objectives
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Interpersonal skills to communicate and coordinate with clients
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience
Strong communication skills and good command of written and spoken english (THIS IS A MUST)
A strong network amongst top management of MNCs and Fortune 500 companies is preferred
Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing is preferred
A keen interest in corporate world and corporate relations
Strong analytical abilities
Proficiency in Google Suite
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
Experience in business development
