Digital Platform Services
Cross Product Change Services (CPCS) is a team reporting into Operations Transformation Group and the Digital Platform Services (DPS) organization. Our team will be responsible for accelerating and driving key programs focused on digital capabilities for our Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB) line of business (LOB) and clients, developing a more efficient and scalable infrastructure, enhancing our client experience and controls, and commercializing our firm’s assets.
Role Description
Successful candidates will partner with LOB and domain experts; in a cross-business, cross-functional ‘project’ based environment. The role will provide an opportunity to work on strategic and transformational projects across the CIB DPS organization including initiatives specifically focused on accelerating DPS’s platform project priorities. The successful candidate will also have significant exposure and visibility to senior management. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual with advanced problem solving and communication skills.
1. Require 6-12 years of automation experience and hands on coding experience in current role.
2. prior experience of Managing and testing for Financial domains & web applications
3. Through knowledge of different testing types and techniques, conversant of Manual testing process
4. Knowledge of Java, selenium, cucumber, Junit and other development language is essential
5. Experience in working in agile group and tools like jira,bitbucket,jenkin,unix etc.
6. exposure to UI and backend testing using automation tools.

Responsibilities:
Key Skills – Automation, UI Testing & Other Tools

Should have an expertise in Selenium & Cucumber, UI Path
Complete understanding and experience of Web/UI automation and components
Should be familiar with Keyword driven and Data driven automation framework – experience of BDD and TDD a significant advantage
Should be able to write, run and maintain automation scripts
Exposure to AngularJS UI is added advantage
Should be well versed and able to write Java code
Familiar in running automation in continuous integration & development environment
Working knowledge of SQL, Metadata and Big data will be an added advantage
Knowledge of Alteryx and Tableau an advantage
Other Skills & Responsibilities

Experienced in project planning with detailed milestones with risks/issues
Experienced in Agile practices
Design and delivery of program test approach/strategy for automation, implementation, test data, test environment including estimation, test execution, defect management in a proactive manner
Strong leadership, communication skills and ability to partner across teams
Simultaneously work on multiple initiatives across CIB DPS priorities
Build collaborative relationships with key digital and business strategy leads; whilst being able to effectively challenge them to move DPS initiatives forward
Gathering, analyzing and synthesizing feedback from LOB interaction to help drive DPS initiatives
Partner closely with Operations, Technology and Product groups
Developing and syndicating recommendations to technology and program teams to accelerate change
Work closely with test manager and other stakeholders to deliver in line with Agile methodology
Responsible for timely and accurate reporting
Able to gain and provide meaningful insight to project working group members on the specific focus areas
Strong communication skills with ability to provide clear and succinct verbal updates on their work to colleagues, senior executives and clients.
Ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment and be self-motivating
Ability to build strong partnerships across the stakeholder groups at partner location and within current location through a proactive, open and communicative approach.
Experience working with large scale compliance and regulatory driven projects in Investment Banking, preferably in Securities products.
Highly effective time management skills – Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently in an efficient and effective manner with minimal supervision.
Good problem solving & execution skills.
Ability to break down analyses and issues into their individual components
Ability to quickly learn new concept
Ability to quickly derive patterns and insights from data and analysis

Qualification:

Batchelor degree preferred
Experience in financial services industry preferred
