Job Description : · Responsible for the full club receptions operationAlways greet and welcome guests promptly in a warm and friendly manner.· Always thank and give fond farewell to guests conveying anticipation for their next visit· Assist guest with restaurant, gym/pool reservation and entry· Has a good knowledge of club facilities, policies and procedures of the club.· Speak with guests and staff using clear and professional language, and answer phone calls using appropriate telephone etiquette.· Able to answer any questions regarding club· Check with guests to ensure satisfaction about each club facilities .· All guest enquiries has to be communicated to concern departments· Responsible for the proper personal hygiene standards followed in the clubEducation: Hotel Management or equalling qualification.Language: – Malayalam,Hindi, English and other languagesExperience: – 2-3 years of experience in 4 to 5 star hotel/ Restaurants/clubsJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹17,000.00 per monthSchedule:Morning shiftRotational shiftCOVID-19 considerations:candidate should be fully vaccinated and has to provide the vaccination certificate together with the CV or at the time of interview”Experience:Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)Front desk – Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXXApplication Deadline: 10/03/2022Expected Start Date: 15/03/2022
