Key Responsibilities:
Write engaging and compelling content for WebEngage Product features and Industry solutions to educate the audience with a simple narrative.
Produce videos / presentations / other collaterals as needed to explain product features / use cases.
Publish Blogs, newsletters etc. to amplify product release / roadmap / comparison charts
Ideate and develop info-graphics to present data in an engaging manner making it intuitive to understand for readers
Use multiple channels to distribute content as needed for each scenairo
Collaborate with the broader Marketing team, Product Managers, and Designers on an ongoing basis.
Requirements:
Been a content creator in the technology domain
Be a storyteller in the Tech/Product domain, and can weave a narrative with words.
Not necessarily a Technical writer; but the understanding of product features and making it part of a problem-solution story would be required
An understanding of SEO would be useful
Strong Communication skills – oral and written.
