Strong F&A experienced professional who comes with good experience of dealing with customers in a very logical and firm way. Remain flexible to the needs of customers and at the same time be logical to push back if required for the benefit of customer
Chartered Accountant or MBA finance from elite institute
Experienced in working with 3rd party clients and handling operational conflicts
Preferred to be an expert in RTR and OTC areas of F&A (among Record to Report, Procure to Pay or Order to cash), and working knowledge in others
Strong articulation of thoughts and clarity
Mandatory to work in Australian shift
Client and Team management
Good understanding of the SLA and KPIs
Driven large automation and Process improvement projects in RTR and OTC areas
Good knowledge on how to create standardization of the processes across markets
Working experience in APAC / UK markets
Number of years of experience – As fits within DGM profile
