Job Description : Overview : We are a Chennai based group of software Development company and work with the apparel Industry on the latest technologies.We are looking for a Desktop admin ,who can also do multitaskingKey Roles & Responsibilities:1. Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals2. Troubleshooting hardware and software issues3. Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software4. Troubleshooting networking and connection issues5. Update and maintain the computer inventory and equipment.6. Assist in technical upgrading and maintaining of entire desktop systems.7. Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office, Patch Management, Anti-Malware, Desktop/laptop imaging, anti-virus and inventory management tools.8. Manage user expectations and potential risks9. Chalk out maintenance plan for the prevention of unexpected failures10. Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions and procedures.11. Follow standard help desk procedures, logging all help desk issues.
