Job Description : Roles and ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, Marketing database, Social media, Affiliate Marketing, Email Marketing and display advertising campaignsDesign, build and maintain our social media presenceMeasure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)Identify trends and insights, and optimize marketing spend and performance based on the insights and drive marketing efficiencies across existing channels (including, but not limited to SEO, SEM, FB, YouTube, E-mail, SMS, notification as well as app marketing)Brainstorm new and creative growth strategiesPlan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch pointsInstrument conversion points and optimize user funnelsMaintaining and presenting weekly, monthly, and annual reportsCollaborate with agencies and other vendor partnersShould be able to guide graphic designers for high quality and convincing visualsEvaluate emerging technologies.
