WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Develop and enhance Jira workflows , permission schemes , notification schemes , customized pages for company-wide use .
Demonstrate expertise and add valuable input on the application and underlying technology.
Resolve reported issues and reply to queries in a timely manner.
Develop and utilize technical change documentation.
Strive to deploy all products and updates on time.
Remain up to date on all current best practices, trends, and industry developments.
Rapidly prototype new solutions based on user requirements
Use Jira Java and REST APIs / integrations
Understand and develop with Script Runner
Collaborate with team members , to understand the requirements and design solutions by following the industry best practices .
Build test scripts and perform unit testing for various business case scenarios , and support User Acceptance tests and implementation on production
Participate in SCRUM and Agile methods to ensure appropriate work planning
Ensure code quality and participate in and lead code reviews
Creative problem solving to address end user needs and resolve application issues .
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the Jira Platform and application .
Respond to production issues / emergencies during business hours and off hours according to agreed SLAs
Perform root cause analysis and provide business and technical solutions for application errors
Deliver detailed TDD (Technical design Document) for all the solutions worked on .
Additional Duties Responsibilities Work cross-functionally to integrate Atlassian applications with key business applications such as SharePoint , Salesforce , etc

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

Minimum of 4 years working in Atlassian products development.
Must Have knowledge of JIRA Administration / developer.
Must Have knowledge of Script Runner.
Should have done JIRA Plugin development using JAVA.
Should know about Atlassian SDK and Plugin Modules
