Job Description : Responsible for auditing the documents on regular basisTraining classes for staff nurses on breastmilk expressions and feeding – minimum two classes a weekResponsible for conducting demo/workshops sessions.Training sessions for mother’s in KMC on breastfeeding – minimum two classes a week.OP Responsibilities – counselling mothers who come back for the NICU follow up visitsComplete counselling for the mothers in NICU with respect to breastfeedingPreterm counsellingShould be a part of milk bank – overseeing milk donation/NICU/OPMilk bank pasteurisation processResponsible for reporting quality indicators by conducting the study/ review of various data pointsMaintaining complete documentation of the milk bankTaking care of preventive and corrective actions.Support and participate in interdisciplinary performance and quality improvement process.Support in evaluating effectiveness of IC practice.Actively participating in all required infection control audit activities in the department.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insuranceLife insuranceProvident FundSchedule:Rotational shiftEducation:Diploma (Preferred)
