Role Summary/Purpose:
Campaign operations manager will be part of the analytics center of excellence within synchrony financial, India and is responsible for managing and executing marketing campaigns for synchrony financial clients within the performance marketing COE. In this role one will build campaign data files based on marketing criteria, segmentation, and target populations on behalf of SYF clients. This role will be responsible for building automated/manual diagrams within our SAS campaign execution tool and ensuring that all campaigns are executing in an accurate and compliant manner. The selected candidate will work directly with the business in catering to the end-to-end campaign execution needs. And plays a vital role in driving the strategic initiatives within the portfolio that they own.
Essential Responsibilities:
Perform the campaign execution process
Adhere to compliance policies and maintain the key performance indicators i.e., Accuracy and Timelines at 100%
Work with internal and external partners on the execution of campaign files including defining requirements, managing deliverables and auditing campaign files
Extend support of campaign execution to team members in case of any need
To drive continual optimization of marketing campaigns
Lead and manage one portfolio wherein they need to provide thought leadership and end to end execution support to all campaigns
Proactively discuss the projects, showcase & drive for implementation and gauge the business impact
Engage with the team to work towards building value for the users across the teams
Collaborate with other teams involved such as analytics to understand the post campaign analysis for strategic conversations with stakeholders about targeting
Help team leaders in team engagement activities and collaboration
Qualifications/Requirements:
Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research or relevant experience
Minimum 4+ years of experience with Analytics Domain, Familiarity with campaign execution tools like UNICA/SAS CI is an added advantage
Medium to advanced working knowledge of MS-office and SAS is a must
Self-starter with ability to deal with ambiguity, should be able to do multi-tasking with time management
Prior experience in creating dashboards
Strong communications skills

Basic knowledge of applicable bankcard laws, compliance regulations and operating instructions

Proven ability to manage and execute campaigns in a detail-oriented environment.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement new procedures/programs.
Good knowledge of latest Analytical practices in the industry
Knowledge of latest Analytics Data Visualization tools like Tableau & SAS VA
