Job Description : Position: Personal Assistant for office of Chef at Lower Parel, MumbaiQualifications Required: Graduation in any streamExperience Required: 2 -4 years’ experience working as a personal assistant.Other skills required: Should have excellent English communications skills, and be computer literate. Well versed with MS Office and Google Meet.Job Responsibility: Full time position· Managing personal/professional calendar day to day, scheduling meetings and appointments. Should be good with Zoom,google meet, teams and other online meeting applications (scheduling and coordinating)· Travel bookings and all personal bookings, visa and passport documentation· Payment of credit cards, utilities, insurance etc.· Responding to emails with regard to business matters.· Provide administrative and secretarial support· Coordinating with other staff on the team· Coordinating with clients, external parties etc for arrangements/requirements· Organising events at the office· Filing and maintenance of records· Follow up on tasks assigned to team members and external partiesAND managing petty cash and day to day billings.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftApplication Question(s):Are you comfortable with online meeting platforms such as zoom, MS Team, google meet etc?Where do you stay?Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 2 years (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
