Job Description : Who You’ll Work With
You will be based in our Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi or Gurugram office as part of our Global Private Equity and Principal Investors (PEPI) practice team. The team provides support to client teams serving private equity firms and institutional investors and their portfolio companies. You will have the opportunity to work with practice managers and practice leaders to drive our knowledge agenda.

McKinsey’s PEPI practice is the world’s leading advisor to the private markets industry, and one of the largest and fastest growing practices in the firm. We work with investors of all types across the ownership cycle, assisting with deal identification, due diligence, and portfolio company operational improvements, as well as on firm-level topics including strategy, governance and operations.
What You’ll Do
You will manage our Private Equity and Principal Investors practice knowledge and content.
In this role, you will collect, capture, tag, sanitize, update and organize content and practice knowledge. You will also post, share and manage content across multiple formats and channels such as the PEPI Practice Knowledge portal, the practice library of sanitized client documents and letter of proposals (LOPs).
You will be responsible for driving the sanitization process for adding documents to our PE Vault in close cooperation with client teams. You will keep the collection up to date and codify the same based on needs, with guidance and oversight of the practice management team. You will also assist client teams in searching Vault for relevant content and maintain the underlying knowledge portal.
Qualifications
MBA degree
2+ years of relevant work experience in knowledge/content management
Good knowledge and/or willingness to learn the private equity domain is a plus
Strong sense of ownership and entrepreneurship
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
Excellent problem solving capabilities
Strong project management skills
Excellent IT and database skills
Sound organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
