Job summary
We’re looking for an analytical and highly customer-obsessed Program Manager to key programs for a farmer engagement program. As a Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate not only your program and project management skills, but also define and drive program initiatives, processes, and policies. This role will tap into your ability to wear multiple hats, working with product, category, customer service teams and external stakeholders to address issues/solve challenges our team has never encountered before and shape the business. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, energetic individual to have a large impact business unit within.

Ideal candidate must be independent and flexible, with solid communication skills and strong customer focus. Some exposure in farming extension service delivery will be a plus.

Key job responsibilities

Manage stakeholders to deliver on cross team projects
Build external and internal communication charter and execute on this
Anchor analytics and create dashboards to help stakeholders with visibility
Share regular updates with stakeholders
MS/MBA, 3/4+ years experience in the domain
Exposure in Agritech startups/ working with farmer community a plus but not mandatory
Ability to succeed amidst ambiguity
Leveraging technology to invent, improve, and scale.
Proven ability to meet tight deadlines, multi-task, and prioritize workload.
Experience in Microsoft Excel, SQL.
Ability to handle the day-to-day management of tasks, prioritization and resolution of problems and issues and experience in implementing action plans to meet objectives.
Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
Self-starter and possesses flexibility to work in a fast-changing environment and ambiguous situations.
