7+ year of overall software development experience
4+ years experience with Ruby on Rails, along with other common libraries such as RSpec and Resque
Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby code
Strong data structures and algorithms knowledge.
Knowledge of server-side templating languages, such as Liquid, Slim. Preferably Slim.
Broad knowledge and experience in full lifecycle of application development and Agile development methodology
Experience with a relational database system (e.g. Oracle, MS-SQL Server, MySQL)
Experience with Redis is a plus
Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML5, XHTML, CSS, AJAX, JQuery
Good understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors, such as SASS
Exposure to devOps tools like Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Spinnaker, Helm Charts is an added advantage
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as GIT
Experience in Agile Technologies like Scrum
Experience in OWASP security fixes
Experience in REST Api’s will be an added advantage
Experience in Amazon AWS is a plus
Experience in Elasticsearch is a plus
Experience with AngularJS or Angular is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Should have problem solving, prioritizing tasks, multitasking abilities
Should be able to understand and handle tasks independently
Ability to work with team and meet deadlines
