Opening for Sales / Product Specialist role in a leading Real Estate firm – 360XLR8.

Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned mandate project.

No travelling includes in this role for sales/marketing.
Ensure potential customers are provided with reliable and accurate advised regarding property movements & industry trends.
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while beingfully aware of new products and competition status.
To ensure the smooth client visits at all the assigned projects/site.
To ensure conversion should come from visit to closures.
Responsible for training program to the direct sales team and keep on updating back of new changes, if any.
Ensuring good coordination with the developer’s team who are deputed at site to manage day to day activity.
Responsible to take follow up from the entire visited client on daily basis as a developer team.
Knowledge of maintaining client data with the proper remarks.
Responsible for maintaining record in CRM of visited clients.
Responsible for managing all the inventories of the Project and keep updating the units accordingly.
Ensuring timely and all accurate data update on sales technologies, such as a CRM correctly.
Responsible for keeping Non compliance to minimum at CRM.
Ensuring all the training and keep oneself updated on latest developments on sales technologies.
Develop a scalable sales process and ensure keeping security of confidential data and adhere to it.
Ensure adherence to laws and policies.
Preferred 1-5 Years experience in B2B Sales, Direct Sales, Business Development, Residential Sales or Real Estate.
