We are hiring!DESIGNATION: TEAM LEADER-SALES * To have a check on regular activities of our distributor and need to follow up the activities and also have to maintain a database which need to be updated on daily basis on priority* Daily recibo updation to be done. Note : Recibo is the app where the sales team will update all relative data regarding the sales.* Entry of new outlet which need to be updated in our database on daily basis Weekly sales report to be collected from all distributor channels and the summarized report need to be submitted to the directors on every weekly basis* follow up the direct sales in Calicut region Note: under Calicut regional ASM there will be 5 executives and each executive will be handling 6 routes now. * have coordination and follow up with the ASM and sales executives* coordinate with the sales executive on daily basis and find out for any note billing store If persist communicate with the sales team at office and need to make sure a note of action taken by the sales team to resolve the issue* to draft a detail analysis of sales targets achieved by the ASM and the BD on weekly basis to the director.* prepare a report regarding the trend of sales on twice in a month.* follow up on the product samples which have been given to the sales executives and distributors for promotion .This need to monitored for the proper utilization of samples and keep a record on the sample count.* ensure regular weekly meeting to be held with all direct selling team, Monthly meeting with all distributors and an internal staff meeting at the Office premises. * prepare the MOM and agenda of all weekly and monthly meeting* separately maintain the sales report of all institutional sales and Summarized weekly report of the same need to be submitted to the directorsMODE OF WORKING: OFFICECANDIDATE PROFILEThe right candidate must be a graduate in any discipline with 5 or more years’ experience in FMCG Sales and coordination; must have managed not less than 10 member team and have good knowledge about the team managementHe/she must be self-motivated, have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Strong leadership qualities and ability to manage a team are desired.
