Conduct business research & analysis to support enterprise clients globally w.r.t. their strategic decision making
Provide insights for solving client business problems from functions such as Strategy, Sales, Marketing and Product Development, with the objective to create client ready reports
Interact with global clients and manage their insights/research work streams
Desired Skills
Tools: Proficient in use of MS Office suite – PowerPoint, Excel and Word, is essential. Any added skills in automation (e.g. R, Python) or visualization (e.g. Tableau) will be valuable
Databases: Proficient in use of common industry databases like Factiva, Capital IQ and Bloomberg is essential. Strong knowledge of free sources will add on
Secondary Research: Ability to dig deep into public internet resources and new age date engines such as Social Media
Communication: Ability to communicate with international clients effectively
Analytics: MS Excel skills for quantitative analysis are essential; advanced usage (such as Macros, VBA) will be an add-on
Industry Knowledge: Industrials & Manufacturing, Technology & ICT, Professional Services & Legal, or Insurance will mean immediate value for our business
Candidate Profile
Proficiency in using databases such as Thomson, Bloomberg, Nexis, CapitalIQ, Factiva, and ZoomInfo
Proficiency in using MS productivity suite MS-Excel, Word & PowerPoint
Essential Qualifications
Graduate/PG in Business/Economics/Management
1-3 years’ of relevant experience in providing research and analysis based knowledge outputs
Inquisitiveness, and superior problem-solving, analytical and quantitative skills
Established track record of creatively retrieving and analyzing complex business information as well as an ability to synthesize information from diverse sources and present findings in a clear and concise fashion are a must
Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Experience executing and managing multiple simultaneous projects with demanding deadlines in a team setting
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience of executing projects using inputs from primary research
Prior experience of Tableau or similar visualisation tools
