Job Description : Here’s your opportunity, We at BEYOUNG are looking for Social Media Marketing Executive who are social savvy and are familiar with industry trends, know exactly how every Facebook Ads tool works in order to reach the potential new customers and retargeting them.Key Responsibilities: Contributes to marketing strategy by leveraging social media ads to identify and acquire customers.Manage end to end marketing campaigns for the brand on time, on budget, to scope.Managing creative delivery and acting as the gatekeeper of high quality creative.Independently leading the troubleshooting of sometimes complex issues that surfaced during the campaign life-cycle.Execute on a marketing project by working closely with key functional teams, including Social, Paid Media, & brand managers.Work with internal creative teams to deliver culturally relevant campaigns.Define success metrics, funnel structures & measurement methods and reporting processes.Obtains market share by developing social media marketing plans and programs for each product and directing promotional support.Provides short & long term reports of ads analysis and interpretation of social media ads.Develops new approaches for market development, acquiring and analyzing data, and consulting with internal team.Qualifications/Skills:· Proficient with Instagram & Facebook Ads· Creating & maintaining timely reports· Good hands on analyzing the dataProficient in marketing research and statistical analysis· Self motivated yet customer focused· Managing ProcessesSolid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager.)· Excellent knowledge of all the social media ads strategiesEducation & Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field.· Minimum 1 Year of practical experience in executing social media ads.Experience in setting up and optimizing social media campaigns on Facebook & InstagramLocation: Udaipur, RajasthanSalary: Best in the IndustryBeyoung Folks Private LimitedSince 2018, Beyoung has been curating the latest fashion trends that have raise the shopping standards to the next level.
