We’re currently looking for a Software Engineer with experience in building enterprise cloud product with hyper scale to join our Cloud Privacy & Analytics Platform team in Hyderabad, to be part of our cloud journey.
Your Opportunity
As a Software Engineer, you will be part of the Informatica R&D team. And you will be working with engineering team on delivering various cloud platform requirements and initiatives in Hyderabad, India. You are expected to implement product development on-time and drive customer success through R&D engagements. Your Responsibilities
As part of the Informatica core R&D team, you will be responsible to:
Design highly scalable and performing reusable frameworks and components
Develop features and harden the existing components in Informatica products.
Writing high quality code using your in-dept knowledge of Java, Object-Oriented concepts, algorithms and data structures.
Ensure high quality is maintained and each code commit is deployable to production with zero down time
Collaborating effectively with peer engineers, and architects to solve complex problems spanning their respective areas to deliver end-to-end components and features.
Work with QA team in developing test plans for all features and fixes.
Utilize analytical skills in determining the root cause of problems and provide fix to customer
Working in an agile software development team delivering product and feature increments and bug fixes in short iterations.
Keep up to date on the latest and greatest tools and solutions that will best serve the business
Key Essentials
Good understanding in development tools like Eclipse/IntelliJ, Maven, Gradle Tomcat, Jira and Perforce, Docker
Good knowledge of Java and JEE.
Strong experience in Spring Framework, Persistence Framework (ORM), Web services protocol stack, JSON
Good in communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in developing full-stack applications (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle Cloud…)
Knowledge of distributed systems, Microservices architecture, Kubernetes, Containerization, Event driven architecture
Able to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
Strong problem solving, troubleshooting, debugging and analytical skills.
Energetic and creative
Your Qualifications
Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
2+ years’ experience in software engineering
Working on Cloud technology stack is MUST
