Job Description : MASLP (Masters in audiology speech language pathology) OR BASLPExperience with at least 3 yrsPrimary work would be conducting one-on-one speech therapy sessions for kids with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Delayed Speech and Delayed MilestonesNew patient assessments, creating care plans and daily treatmentsMonitoring & Guiding the Speech TherapistsDeveloping protocols for assessment and managementTraining other members of the team as requiredMaintaining patient database and service detailsAssist in implementing and standardizing treatment and assessment protocolsLeading the Speech TherapistsEmpowering kids, children, people with speech and language problems to speak more clearlyEstablish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with parents and other stakeholders.Establishes and maintains a safe, orderly, and child-centered environment.Keep updating of current trends and developments in speech disorder.Attend and participate in team meetings and staff meetings.Work RemotelyNoJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month (Salary is not a constraint for the right candidates)COVID-19 considerations:All the staffs are covid vaccinated and only the vaccinated parents/kids are allowed for the therapy.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per monthBenefits:Provident FundSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Hulimavu, Bengaluru – 560076, Karnataka: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Speech & Language Pathology Occupations: 1 year (Preferred)
