Must have

C# experience 4 to 5 years hands-on.
Desktop application development experience, web experience is also ok but the candidate should be ready to work on the desktop app.
SQL Server experience 2+ years hands-on
Experience with Angular, Web API would be preferred
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology

Nice to have

C++ experience
